This disclaimer does not apply to any product warranty offered by the manufacturer of the product and constitutes an essential part of these terms.
Warranty Limitations and Exclusions:
Products purchased from MeeraMore are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If your product is repaired or replaced, the limited warranty will not be renewed.
Exclusions:
Warranty coverage does not extend to neglect of necessary care, improper assembly, handling, abnormal use of products, or unexpected acts of nature.
This warranty specifically excludes damage related to:
Resolution: If the product is found to be defective within the warranty period and in compliance with the terms, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product. If the product is discontinued or out of stock, we reserve the right to provide a similar product of equal or greater value.
Claim Process: To initiate a warranty claim, the customer must contact our customer service team at customersupport@meeramore.com within 5 days of discovering the defect. The customer may be required to provide proof of purchase, images of the defective product, and a detailed description of the issue.
Shipping Costs: If the products fall under the warranty terms, the expenses for shipping the repaired or replacement product back to the customer will be covered by us. If not, the customer is responsible for bearing the shipping costs incurred when sending the defective product to us for inspection, unless otherwise specified by us.
Electrolux Product Warranty Coverage:
At MeeraMore, we supply genuine Electrolux appliances that are covered under the manufacturer’s official warranty terms provided by Electrolux UAE. All Electrolux products come with a standard 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects, with additional extended coverage on selected major components such as inverter compressors and motors, as specified by Electrolux.
Warranty service, conditions, exclusions, and claim procedures are fully governed by Electrolux and may include service limitations such as labor charges on certain repairs and exclusions for misuse, improper installation, or external damage. For complete and detailed warranty information, customers are advised to refer directly to the official Electrolux warranty policy available on their website.
Changes to Warranty Terms: We reserve the right to modify these warranty terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
